1.    Brief Introduction     plastic granulator is with high accuracy, high efficiency, good insurance and is not easy to be fault. The structure is  compaction and shape is nice. It is the perfect domestic granulation equipment.    The machine is the necessary assistant equipment of granulation line. It is used with the screw extruder. The plastic pipe is pull out from the screw extruder and then is cooling through air-cooled conveyor (or cooling water tank), after that the granulator will cut off the pipe into particles. The length of the particles is 3mm. This is achieved by hob, stationary knife and two kinds of feed roller. The hob is with high accuracy and speed. The feeding linking machine is achieved to feed the stated size particles. Thus ensure the length of particles is 3mm. The machine can be cut off 20 bars of φ3 plastic pipes continually in the normal work.
